Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best services possible, but we know sometimes things go wrong. Refunds will only be issued within 5 days from the service provided. To qualify for a refund, the service must have directly resulted in damage to the clients property in relation to the service. We are NOT responsible however for damage to property that should have been moved from the areas in which we work beforehand. This includes electronics, furniture, and other miscellaneous items which may make it more difficult to properly complete our service. Any fragile or important objects in the way of the windows we service should be removed from the area to minimize risk of damage and ensure a faster service time.
In the case of damaged property (i.e. windows or screens) we issue a refund enough to cover the cost to replace/repair the damage. We do NOT issue refunds for outside influences causing the windows to become dirty again shortly after the cleaning, such as rain, dust, snow, etc...
If you are unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the service, we are happy to come back and re-clean the areas you see a problem with, free of charge, but only within 5 days of the service provided. If you are still unsatisfied, we will issue only a partial refund of %40 the cost paid.
